This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial courts order denying a plea to the jurisdiction filed by appellant, Texana Community MHMR Center, f/k/a Riceland Regional Mental Health Authority ("Texana"). In two issues, Texana contends the trial court erred in denying its plea to the jurisdiction because (1) appellee, Linda J. Silvas ("Silvas"), failed to adequately show she had complied with the notice provisions of the Texas Tort Claims Act ("TTCA"), and (2) Silvas failed to allege facts bringing her claim within the scope of the limited waiver of sovereign immunity under the TTCA. We reverse the trial courts order and grant Texanas plea to the jurisdiction.
